The writing
Every card is written by a robot holding a real ballpoint pen on real card stock. Nothing is printed, so the ink pools at stroke ends and indents the paper exactly as a person's pen would.
Recipients consistently cannot. Each letterform is drawn from a set of captured variants, so repeated words never look identical and the line weight varies with pen speed.
Yes. You complete a sample sheet, we digitise it, and your style becomes available to everyone on your account within a few business days.
Blue and black as standard, with additional colours available on request for custom accounts.
Ordering and delivery
Cards ordered before the daily cut-off are written and placed in the mail the next business day.
Domestic delivery typically takes three to five business days after posting. International times vary by destination.
Yes. Choose a delivery window and the card is written and posted to arrive within it.
Domestic postage is included in the per-card price. International postage is charged separately.
Yes. Upload a CSV or connect your CRM and send to any number of recipients in one batch.
Stationery
Yes. Upload artwork at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and we print, store and write on your stock.
Custom stationery starts at 250 cards.
Gift cards from most major brands can be included in the same envelope at any denomination.
Roughly 500 characters on a standard card, and the editor shows you the true fit as you type.
Accounts and integrations
Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Blackbaud, Tekion, CDK, Zapier, Make, Integrately, SyncSpider and a public API.
Yes. A REST API covers sends, templates, contacts and status webhooks.
Business and Enterprise accounts support multiple users with roles, shared templates and per-user handwriting styles.
Recipient records are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and message content is purged on a defined retention schedule.
Billing
Cards are charged as they are sent. Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and sent cards are unaffected.
Per-card rates reduce automatically with volume, and contracted rates are available for large annual commitments.
